Jule Banville is a journalism professor at the University of Montana where she teaches elements of news writing, feature writing, opinion writing and advanced audio. She also hosts the podcast Last Best Stories, which she launched in 2015. Prior to teaching, Jule was an editor at the Washington City Paper, a producer at WNYC and a freelance writer for various publications across the country.
